About INNOVEA
INNOVEA ApS is a Danish company helping professional kitchens take better care of their frying oil. We work with restaurants, hotels and commercial kitchens where food quality, oil consumption and practical routines need to come together in a busy working day.
Our mission
We want to make responsible frying oil management easier for professional kitchens. Our goal is to support more consistent food quality, reduce unnecessary oil use and make a better understanding of oil part of everyday kitchen decisions.
From knowledge to practice
As a Danish distributor of Beyond Oil, we combine filtration with practical guidance on assessing oil quality and establishing daily routines. We start with each kitchen’s equipment and ways of working and help staff get started.
We believe in solutions that are easy to understand and use every day. That is why we focus on close collaboration, clear routines and continued learning.
